Text: 2 Kings 1: 6-17
The message of today is very
unconventional which many
may disagree with me but be-
fore they do, I want us to con-
sider scenario in the Bible and

man of God? The Bible said in

many prophets and prophetess

of God safety of all my friends
and neighborhood should be
absolute because am praying for
them. Apostle Paul, a man of
God in Acts 27:22 said ...be of
good cheer for no life will lose
among you whether they were
Christian or not but because the
man of God has spoken so be it.
Something dramatic happened
between a man of God Prophet
Elijah and President Ahab in 1
Kings 18:16-18 Obadiah the
messenger of King Ahab came
to Elijah, my lord want to see

stature of the fullness of Christ
you are just man of man not
man of God because the five-
fold ministry is to prepare the
body of Christ ready for the
Lord second coming.
Today people are bringing hu-
man ideologies to the Church, I
was so ashamed when I heard a
Church downsized man of God
(Pastors) from the ministries
because they are not graduates.
Apostle Peter, was common
fisherman John 20:4-5 said so
they ran both together and out-
run Peter but when they came to
the sepulcher they stop why did
they stop? Waiting for the man
of God with fire and dont for-
get the educated did enter it. On
the Altar of God, today are co-
medians, celebrities, and moti-
vational speaker the fire on the

men. Sometimes I do wonder
men of God are now dressing to

ring like politicians and thugs.
This same Apostle Peter faced
the Council and said to them

crucified both Lord and Christ

believed the Holy Spirit to bring

attract people to the Church

claimed to be let the world feel the

because your position cannot be
equal to any worldly position, you
are special your Commander in

Yet there is Room
Text: Luke 14:17-24 (KJV)
I
promised that we will study Psalm 41
but I stumble to a message I wrote down
in my diary which I considered more
urgent and important message of our time, as I
was reading the text again I became so afraid
because of the reaction of the Master of the
house (Jesus) on the report of the servant (the
evangelist) on the attitude of those who have
heard message and refused to believed, the
impending danger await them.
The message, this morning is not meant to
make anybody sad or guilty but is a wakeup
call to every Christian, our expected responsi-
bility to tell men that Jesus Christ is the only
Son of God and that he is the saviour of the
world which have come to save men weakness
and from the power of sin. God has enough
rooms for the whole world if only they can
accept Him as their Lord and believe that he is
the Son of God. John 1:12
I pray Holy Spirit will help me again, I liken
our text to Christian going for evangelism in-
viting men to accept Jesus as their Lord and
Saviour, possible asking them to come to
Church for more spiritual impartation. They
start giving excuses why they cannot accept
Jesus as their Lord and Saviour also why they
cannot come to Church and worship the Lord
their Maker.

I may not be fifty years in a marriage,
but by the special grace of God, I
started preaching, teaching and handle
marital affair when I was under 30. I

clear that God has given the home to wom-
en as their domain. Unknowing to you the
man is taking notice of your actions and his
reactions may be very surprised while some
may not talk a word, but quietly look else-
where, you now run to your Pastor, my hus-
band is this my husband is that but you
quickly forget your behaviour and never tell
it to your Pastor. Remember, God is not
moved by emotion if you like cry still to-
morrow He is moved by His word. Think of
the way you are treating your husband if
you hear that a woman is treating your son,
brother or father would you like it, some of
you, your husband have no option but play-
ing by the rules as God commanded, but
those who have option the news is that my
husband is sleeping with my house girl, he
is beating me, he does not touch me, he
does not stay at home, my husband does not

tune in your family, just like when our
Mother Sarah worked on Abraham to sleep
with their maid and she was the first target
of the attacker and when she could no long-
er bear the shame she told Abraham to send
her away, the husband said I am not heart-
less, I cannot do such a thing, but when he
