The Staff Selection Commission is conducting an examination for recruiting Junior Engineers, Group B Non-Gazetted posts. The examination will take place in two

phases Paper I & Paper II. Paper I will be objective type, computer based exam. Paper II, on the other hand, will be conventional and subjective type. After constant

Easy to solve, Less Time Consuming, Moderate AccuracyPossible, Theoretical Questions.

supported, Cantilever and over hanging beams, Torsion and Springs, Columns.

5) RCC Design :
Weightage:10 12 Questions

Easy to Solve, Moderately Time Consuming, Low to Moderate Accuracy Possible.

Question Types/ Sub Topics: Limit State and Working Stress methods, Refer IS 456:2000code to solve Direct questions, Singly Reinforced Beams & Double

6) Steel Design :

Moderately Time Consuming, Tricky Questions.

Can be Time Consuming because of Extreme Non Predictibility of Questions, Low to Moderate Accuracy Possible, Focus on Theoretical Concepts of valuation.
