Performed duties as First Sergeant for a Medical Support Unit, providing
oversight, leadership, and care of 120 Soldiers.
Managed and facilitated competency assessments for over 40 staff members for
the Armys largest Blood Donor Center in the North Atlantic Region
Managed and oversaw the collection of over 31,000 units of blood in support of
overseas combat operations with a direct savings of $7M to the Armed Forces
