DEED OF SALE OF SIDECAR

WITH WAIVER OF RIGHTS OF MOTORIZED FRANCHISE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THIS DEED OF SALE is entered into and between

I, PORFERIO SISO, JR., Filipino of legal age, married and resident of Purok
Adelfa, San Jose Dist., Pagadian City, hereinafter referred to as VENDOR, THAT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of ONE HUNDRED TEN
THOUSAND PESOS(110, 000.00) Philippine Currency, to us in hand paid by RIZA
M. MOHAMMAD, Filipino and of legal age, a resident of Purok Villaren, Banale,
Pagadian City, hereinafter referred to as VENDEE, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged to our full satisfaction, do hereby TRANSFER, SELL, CEDE and
CONVEY by way of sale unto said VENDEES, their heirs and successor, the
following MOTOR VEHICLE with sidecar, particularly described as follows, to wit:

WAIVER OF RIGHTS

I, PORFERIO SISO, JR., whose personal circumstances have already been

mentioned above, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby
declare;

That I have stopped operating the said tricycle under the said franchise
because I shifted to another line of livelihood;

That for and consideration of the foregoing, I am no longer interested to

continue possessing the above-mentioned franchise and hereby WAIVE,
RELINQUISH and CONVEY said Motorized franchise MTFRB CASE NO. PAG-
2016-2320. With MOTOR SIDE CAR NO. 2211 in favor of the herein named RIZA
M. MOHAMMAD, their heirs, successors and assigns, free from all liens and
encumbrances whatsoever.
