AFFIDAVIT OF NON-RENTAL

I, MARTIN SARMIENTO JUMOAD, of legal age, single, Filipino, and a resident of

Chancery Office, Archbishops Residence, Catadman, Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental,
Philippines, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I am the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of St. Vincents High School, Inc. (hereinafter
School) a Non-Stock Non-Profit Private Catholic Educational Institution operating in Bonifacio,
Misamis Occidental.

2. That I am the Archbishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Ozamis (hereinafter

Archdiocese);

3. That the School shares a lot with the St. Vincent Ferrer Parish which is owned by the Archdiocese.

4. That St. Vincents High School is not paying any rental fee to the Archdiocese, since Catholic
Education is part of the Churchs apostolate and a sharing of the governments fundamental duty
to education and literacy of the populace;

5. That this arrangement is consented to by the Presbyterium of the Archdiocese of Ozamis;

6. That I am executing this affidavit to declare the truth of the foregoing facts and for whatever legal
purpose it may serve.
