Self-Evaluation
What I think went well is only happened when I keep my self-motivated towards
positivism. The point of positivity is important in order to implement my thinking into perfect
image. For example for achieving my specific personal or career goals in a specific time frame,
all I need is to focus on positivism (Spielberger, 2014). I think optimistically in order to let
things happen in a best possible manner. Even if things don't went well, being optimistic make
me hopeful that my thinking will went good. For this i have to reframe the challenges. Optimism
is based on positive attitude which means that having a belief in you will generate the good result
outcome of any specific endeavor. Thus the power of positivism will give me an attitude that
what I think will go well.

Well when thing goes beyond expectation create problems and it demotivates me. To
cope up from this situation I keep my intended focus on self-motivation. For example if I have
not get hired for expected job position it will discourage me (Alicke, 2013). To deal with this I
go for proper planning in which I take a step back and evaluate what the problem is? Then I do
process my thoughts and emotions to understand issue and acknowledged it. I will see this
situation as an obstacle to overcome and finally I will analyze situation by focusing on actionable
steps.

A person tends to have difference inspiration sources. To view things in different aspects
I tend to focus on things that inspire and motivate me. I intend my-self to see life from positive
side. I try to learn new things as learning is a never ending process. I keep surround my-self with
new challenging people to learn and enhance new things that urge me to think positively with a
new beginning.
