KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, PARINA R. JABINAL, of legal age, single, Filipino, a resident of #16A 6 th

Avenue, Barangay Socorro, Cubao, Quezon City, after having duly sworn in to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and state:

1. That I am the owner of Unit #6345 Lavender Bldg. at Flora Vista

Condominium, Peacock St. Commonwealth Ave. Greater Fairview, Quezon City;

2. That the unit is still under mortgage with PHINMA Properties Inc. and I am
still paying monthly amortization on said unit;

3. That last July , 2015 I entered into an agreement with Daryl Marinduque to
occupy the said unit with a monthly payment of P7,500 excluding water, light and other
utilities;

4. That said payments totalling to P165,000 as of to-date (summary attached) up

to the time mortgage is fully paid, will be considered as advance payment for the
purchase of said unit;

5. That as of this date I have not still determine the amount of purchase price as I
will base this with the total amount of my mortgage payments plus other additional costs
and minimal mark up;

6. That this affidavit is executed to attest to the foregoing facts and for whatever
legal purposes it may serve.
