Team Members
Team members volunteered for their roles based on personal interest and background
expertise.
Weekly meetings will occur throughout the term on Wednesday at 6:00 pm Eastern Time
Part 1- Project manager will reach out to the individual exhibiting difficulty for a one on one
discussion of how the team can help get back on track.
Part 2- If the participation issues persist the project manager will meet with the other team
members and then reach out to the course instructor.

Project Description
Design, develop, and deliver a learning program for the telephone operators and customer
service supervisors of PJ Enterprises to both enhance product knowledge and increase
customer service skills in order to reduce customer complaints and increase sales.
