Three aspect have been count from the demographic, that is respondents gender, age and academic

qualification, we have noticed that men are the majority that present 66.7% out of total 30 respondent,
while 33.3 % are carried out by the woman respondent.

Half of the total respondents age in the range of 21 to 23 year old while, less than quarter half of the
respondent age in the range of 18 20 year old present another 13.3%.

From the aspect of academic qualification our finding showed that most of the respondent are diploma
holder or still going with the course which is 53.3%. Respondent that only graduated from sijil pelajaran
Malaysia are the very least participant in our research. Whereas STPM graduated present 33.3% out of
total 30 respondents.

Nutrition based on experienced and knowledge .

Half of the total number of respondents, 15 people, agreed that eating more late at night gave more
harm to the body. The total number of respondents agreed was 6 persons stand for 20%. The remaining
30% chose disagree and uncertain. A total of 13 respondents, 43.3% opting for high carbohydrate intake,
may cause diabetes. The lowest percentage was represented by very agreeable respondents, 2
respondents of 6.7%. 16 respondents of 53.3% Take breakfast as a practice in life. A total of 12 people,
40%, preferably the provision of clean food. A total of 6 respondents strongly agreed on food hygiene
aspects. A total of 17 respondents, 56.7%, disagreed with eating boiled foods to reduce cholesterol levels
in the body. A total of 22 respondents (73.4%) chose to disagree (11 respondents) and uncertainly (11
respondents) in taking high-fiber foods to help the digestive process.

PART C: Lifestyle practices based on existing experience and knowledge.

Of the 28 respondents, 93.3% of respondents agreed (14 people) and agreed (14 persons) in exercising
exercise as a physical activity that could be healthy. Of the 14 respondents, 46.7% of the respondents
agreed to use exercise as a way of reducing stress while only one person, 3.3% of respondents chose
very disagree. A total of 17 respondents, 56.7% agreed that exercise could maintain the fitness level and
also important for heart and brain health while 3 respondents, 10%, disagreed in this regard. A total of
10 respondents, 30%, did not agree to warm up before sports, only 1 respondent agreed on this matter.
A total of 13 people, 43.3% respondents disagreed in the exercise performed at least 20 minutes 3 times
a week. 10 respondents, 43.3% of respondents disagreed in practicing exercises every day, only 6
respondents in 20% agreed on this.
6. CONCLUSION

From the results of the survey, we find that eating practices based on existing experience and knowledge
among ILP Head of Higher students are at a good level. However, however, in the aspect of Lifestyle
practice based on existing experience and knowledge indicates that numbers agreeing to a healthy
lifestyle are at a level of attention.
