I admire Tesco because the company never stops to strive though they
knew that they have the number one spot in the market. For the to keep
at the top of its game and to maintain their spot, they should look for a
staffs who are skilled and have a good behaviour skill is an important thing
to consider when hiring a staff, but little did we know that behaviour and
characteristic as a person and as a worker is also an important thing to
consider. Lets say that a person is skilled but his or her behaviour is a trash,
his or her work wont be effective if he or she do not possess a good
behaviour.
Tesco always motivates its leaders and managers, giving motivaton and
encouraging your staffs is an effective means in building a better
company and a business. It is not questionable that Tesco Company has
the number one spot because they provide good service, good
employees and satisfaction to its customers. If youre planning to build a
company you should be like Tesco, Im not saying that you should copy
them but make Tescos leadership framework as a model and inspiration.
