Instructions for learner
You are required to complete a Professional Development Plan. This comprises three (3) parts:

Part A Self-Development Plan


The self-development plan is method of setting goals, and measuring progress by means of a structured process. You should choose one medium to long-term
goal and complete the table.

Part B Record of Continuing Professional Development


This tool is for you to record your activities of Continuing Professional Development. The first entry has been commenced for you. You must complete entries
for four (4) CPD activities. Examples may include:
Lessons completed that enhance your nursing practice
Research activities related to your field of practice
On-line learning activities
You will need to attach evidence of completion of these activities. For example, a certificate of completion, a copy of a learning activity, photographic evidence
of completing activity.

you do? I will attempt to improve by taking every opportunity to practice cannulation on patients, including not just
patients with good veins, but also those with increasingly difficult veins. Where it is not justifiable to
cannulate I will practice locating likely veins that I could cannulate.
