3 International Workshop on
Signal & Image Processing with MATLAB (S&I 2016
2016)

23 & 24 March 2016

2016, Hammamet - Tunisia

Who should attend?

Lecturers, Researchers, Engineers, Students, Scientists and Industry professionals, who wish to explore latest techniques and algorithms on
Communication, Signal and Image processing, are welcome to this Practical Workshop with or without paper.
Delegate who prefer to participate and present a Poster could send his abstract by email: workshops.inscription@gmail.com and he will beneficiate
from two certificates (certificate of attendance + certificate of presentation)

Objectives
This Workshop will introduce the participants to MATLAB Computational and Graphics capabilities by means of hands on tutorials and
exercises. An introduction to various toolboxes including the Signal Processing Toolbox and the Image Processing Toolbox will also be
includedHands-on
on Demonstrations with problem solving will include: various methods for Spectrum Estimation, Digital Filtering Design and
Image Processing. State-of
of-the-art
art applications include quantification of tissue metastasis in cancer cells and MRI Brain se
segmentation.

Course Methodology
The course will be conducted by balancing theoretical concepts with modelling examples and practical solutions using MATLAB.
