POSITION: ACCOUNT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER, MORTGAGE

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and solicit new mortgage business for MBSB through various channels.
Actively promote MBSB's mortgage loans to meet sales performance indicators in respect
number of calls, appointments, loan submissions, loan approvals and loan acceptance set by
the respective Team Sales Managers.
Offer suitable mortgage packages to high-net worth clients to meet their financial needs.
Serve clients with distinction, develop and build long term relationships with existing and new
customers.
Conversant with property market updates and insights.
Ensure high standard of customer service in line with the quality and standards set by the
Company.

Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/
Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years experience in selling mortgage loans. Good network with solicitors/
developers/ real estate agents is an added advantage.
Result and figure oriented
Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Performance driven, dynamic and motivated towards building a successful career in MBSB.
Mobile and possess own transport.
