I.SIGNIFICANT CRIME INCIDENTS- 2
1) WHAT: Report on RIR IN PHYSICAL INJURIES AND DAMAGE TO PROPERTIES
WHERE: Along the Maharlika highway at Brgy, Lapogan, Gattaran, Cagayan
WHEN: 2:20 PM of August 25, 2017
WHO: Suspect-Elmer Tomas y Raquinio
Victim- Robert Antolin y Ramirez
HOW: Inves disclosed that veh 1 was traversing the natl highway from north heading south towards
tuguegarao city while veh 2 was on opposite direction. Further, when involved vehs reached the place of
incident particularly on a curved portion thereat, veh 1 encroached on the lane of veh 2 then and there,
accidentally bumped the latter veh that resulted to the damages incurred on both vehs of still
undetermined cost and to the injuries sustained by some of the passengers of both vehs and were
brought at the hospital of this town for treatment while involved drivers and vehs are now under custody
of this office for proper dispo.
2) WHAT: Report on hacking incident WHERE: Brgy, San Carlos Gattaran, Cagayan
WHEN: 8:00 am of August 25, 2017
WHO: Suspect-Marlon Seredon Y Batan, Renato Quebec Y Dablo,.
Victim- Jupiter Orra Batan 36y/o ,single,farmer a res of said place.
HOW: Investigation disclosed that Marlon Seredon hacked the victim several times on the different parts
of his body causing his untimely death.

1) At about 1:45 PM of August 25, 2017, in brgy.2, Enrile, Cagayan, personnel of Enrile MPS arrested
Jayson Dayag y Tuangco BFP member and Kenneth Dayag y Tuangco self employed and a res of said
place for the crime of Slander.
2) At about 2:40 PM of August 25, 2017 in P-3, Brgy. Rizal, Santiago City, personnel of Santiago CPS
arrested Sandro Revira y Sanchez in their residence by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of
Frustrated Murder
V.ARREST/AND OR CONFICATION OF PROHIBITED ITEMS ON THE ENFORCEMENT OF
SPECIAL LAWS-2
1) At about 6:00 am of August 25, 2917 in brgy mala weste,buguey,Cagayan, personnel of Buguey MPS
arrested George Pascua y Pagela with search warrant and confiscated from the possession two (2) heat
sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu and four(4)
pcs used aluminum foil with residue.
2) At about 9:00 am of August 25, 2017 in brgy Gumarueng, Piat ,Cagayan personnel of Piat MPS
arrested Jonell Francisco y Geniba residence of said place caught in the act of selling shabu.
