Who should participate?
This program is developed for the following selected STAFFS within
the organization of various levels which include;
Graduate Engineers- Engineers with 1-5years experiences, the
organization can groom and develop their interest in subsea
engineering and make them an expert in this filed in the nearest
future.
Mid-level Engineers- Engineers with over 5 years experience but not
more than 10 who will are interested in the design, construction, and
operation of subsea systems.
Senior Engineers- Engineers with over 10 years experience but not
more that 17 years. They have are experienced in other offshore
engineering fields, there experience will be an added advantage to
the team of subsea Engineers that will be groomed.
Top Management- Theses are management members who
understand the and have experience in various offshore project and
will be assisting the team to develop their technical and management
skills in subsea engineering management in future.

Training Methodology
Training setup shall undertake the classroom style of training at designat-
ed clients training facilities (if clients request we can provide a the training
location)

At Clients Location
Chevron shall make available a training room fully equipped with projectors
and all other training facilities needed for the smooth running of the
training.
Facilitation: One key instructor and one assistant for each session. The
proposed training providers are experienced providers with vast knowledge
in the Sub Sea Engineering within and outside Nigeria
The training course will be a combination of lectures, interactive and
workshop-style sessions, continuous assessment and tutorials.
