At the end of the course, students will be able to:


(a) give and interpret instructions
(b) understand and describe processes and procedures using sequence linkers;
(c) make oral and written comparisons;
(d) express different opinions and viewpoints effectively.
(e) give suggestions and recommendations using appropriate expressions and
present them in short reports;
(f) draw conclusions;
