Step : 1.Create Export Integration Profile

Navigation : Business Modeler > Tools > Integration Interface

Create an Integration Profile called EBS Demantra Local Forecast

a.Name the integration interface name as EBS Demantra Local Forecast

Click on Next

b.Enter the data profile name as EBS Demantra Local Forecast

Once the data profile name and description are given click on next

Choose the following series

1.Final Forecast
2.Item Destination key
3.Organization Destination key

After choosing the series click on Next

c.Select the Data Profile Time.In this case we have chosen 51 weeks.

You can set your time filter by entering the values From Date and Until Date.From Date
indicates from when you want the forecast to be included and Until Date indicates till
what time you will require the forecast.

After indicating that click on Next

d.Select the data profile levels

1.Item
2.Organization

After selecting them click on Next

e.Select the data profile Filters

2.Organization M1

After choosing them click on Next

f.Indicate exceptions if you want any and then click on Next

g.Review the data profile Export properties.

You can see that a profile view has got created with name
BIEO_EBS_Demantra_Local_Forecast.
Once checked click on Next

h.The data profile Review page comes up.

Review the information and then click on finish, to finish creating the export integration
profile

Step : 2.Launch the Workflow

Navigate to Workflow management screen and choose the Export Integration Workflow

a.Click on Start, which will launch the Transfer Step process.

The transfer step starts and successfully completes which will be seen by the value of
Zero in the column instances

b.Then click on Edit to go to Workflow Editor screen

i.Create Stored Procedure Step

Give the following values

Step id PopulateDenormTable
Name apps.msd_dem_upload_forecast_upload_forecast
Parameter EBS Demantra Local Forecast

ii.Create Group Step

Give the following values

Step Id Msgdownloadok

Recipients - dm
Tasks
Message EBS Upload Local Forecast
Description EBS Upload Local Forecast Completed Successfully

iii.Connect all the three steps as shown below

c.Start the workflow EBS Demantra Local Forecast again and see the following
processes

i.PopulateDenormTable

ii.Msgdownloadok

Once all the steps are successfully completed you can see that the instances becoming
Zero

Go to Main page and see the following message under My Tasks column
EBS Upload Local Forecast Completed Successfully
