INTRODUCCION - INTRODUCTION

Nuestro producto es una fruta de forma redonda de un hermoso color naranja y piel ligeramente brillante y dura.
La pulpa gelatinosa tiene un color grisceo, semillas negras comestibles y un sabor exquisitamente dulce, Para
comerlo, rompa la piel suavemente con la mano o contra una superficie dura, teniendo cuidado de que la pulpa
no se salga de su interior y luego cmala con una cuchara. Se recomienda utilizar granadilla como ingrediente
principal para la preparacin de ensaladas, ccteles de frutas o postres.

PREPARACIN

Para saber si la granadilla est madura, compruebe si su piel ha cambiado de verde a un hermoso color naranja.
Se mantiene bien durante varios das si se mantiene a temperatura ambiente. El fro del refrigerador a menudo

TIPO DE NEGOCIACION - TYPE OF NEGOTIATION

El tipo de negociacin que se pact con supermercado Morelos fue el de Franco Libre Transportista
(FCA), donde enviaremos nuestro producto hasta el punto acordado en Bogot y supermercados
Morelos recibe la mercanca hasta su destino final.

Nuestras obligaciones con supermercados Morelos son:

Suministrar mercanca y factura comercial segn contrato.

Obtener licencias, autorizaciones y similares.
Despachar de exportacin la mercanca.
Correr con el riesgo de prdida o dao hasta la entrega de la mercanca.
Pagar gastos de la mercanca hasta su entrega, incluyendo despacho de exportacin y
otras dispendios exigibles a este respecto.
Prestar al comprador la ayuda necesaria para conseguir el documento de transporte (B/L o
similar) o mensaje electrnico equivalente.
Entregar la mercanca al agente transportista en el lugar acordado, cosa que ocurre cuando:
La mercanca ha sido cargada en el medio de transporte proporcionado por el transportista
si el lugar acordado son las instalaciones del vendedor.
Si el lugar acordado es diferente al anterior, cuando la mercanca es puesta a disposicin del
transportista (u otra persona designada por el comprador) en el medio de transporte del
vendedor sin ser descargada. Si no se acuerda el punto especfico dentro del lugar acordado,
y si hay diversos disponibles, el vendedor puede escoger el que prefiera.
