Lead Peer Career Ambassador Aug. 2016 Present
Organized a career meet-up with eight students clarifying differences between international and American resumes. Approve 20
daily online resume submissions of UNC Charlotte students based on Career Center guidelines. Explain resume and cover letter
formatting, structure, and content for 10 daily drop-in students and alumni. Give two to three presentations per month about Career
Center resources to UNC Charlotte-affiliated organizations. Evaluate with a three-person team of graders 100 student interviews
submitted through Big Interview software for various Communication Studies courses. Redesigned employee goal sheet through
Canva software to more effectively visualize semester plans for an 8-10-person team.

Rebranded club through co-developing new logo with vice president using Adobe After Effects. Instituted $10 dues to give members
branded t-shirts. Encouraged involvement through free food, music at meetings. Applied to the International Festival to promote
club. Free food, drinks offered, with write your name in Russian promotional activity. Created Instagram page with hashtag
russianclubuncc to encourage new members to follow behind-the-scenes planning and club events. Submitted one grant request
to Student Government to seek funding for club activities. Co-organized 100-person Russian film festival with college Russian
Department by reserving rooms, ordering catering, and promoting event through Facebook. Establish club meeting schedule to
accommodate majority members and officers schedules.
Event Planner April 2017
Organized the visit of Hieromonk Photius, season four winner of Russias The Voice, to a 300-person charitable concert on the UNC
Charlotte campus. Worked in conjunction with Conferences and Reservations to reserve a theater. Translated Russian-language
program into English. Worked with sound engineer to ensure quality sound standards for the performer. Promoted event through
Facebook and poster ads across campus.
