and a round of interviews in Mumbai. Post the group
discussion and personal interview the 9 best students
were selected for recruitment. During the same year
IBM started hiring freshers as Vitality Hires, a program
run by Nipun Mehrotra (Vice President, General
Business, Geo Expansion & Route to Market). I was
hired by this program, after a year I moved to SWG
Group as Tivoli Seller for the North and currently
pursue the same role. So, in a nutshell my success in
the last 3 years goes to TGMC, otherwise a fresher
like me could never have been part of the sales force

2008 and again in 2009. I was at that time doing my

of India and we received prizes at the Bengaluru
