This driver requires approximately 12MB of space on your hard drive.

Print this file so that you can refer to it during installation.

Downloading the driver

=======================

1. Click the file link to download the file from the Web page.
2. When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save the
downloaded file.

Extracting the driver

=====================

1. Click Start, then click Start Search.

2. Type c1car01us17.exe in the search field, then click Search Everywhere.
This will locate the file you just downloaded.
3. Double-click the c1car01us17.exe.
4. Click Next. Read the license agreement.
5. Click I accept the agreement.
6. Click Next.
7. Ensure that "Save files in folder" is set to
C:\SWTOOLS\DRIVERS\CARDREADER\c1car01us17.
8. Click Next.
9. Click Finish.

Installing the driver

=====================

1. Click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, then click Run.
2. Type C:\SWTOOLS\DRIVERS\CARDREADER\c1car01us17\setup.exe, then click OK.
3. Follow the onscreen prompts to complete the installation.
4. If needed, restart your system when the installation is complete.

Silent install driver with DOS command

======================================

1. Click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, then click Run.
2. Type "cmd", and then click OK.
3. Type "C:\SWTOOLS\DRIVERS\CARDREADER\c1car01us17\setup.exe /s /f2<path\LogFile>"
and
press Enter.

If you want to get the installation log file, please create a log file first,
for example, C:\log.txt. Then type
"C:\SWTOOLS\DRIVERS\CARDREADER\c1car01us17\setup.exe /s /f2C:\log.txt"
