I. ACTIVITY DETAILS
As individual students of De La Salle University-Manila, we have goals of our own because each one of us
encounters problems and go through different experiences. Although as an organization, the members, most
should work as one to achieve one goal. This may not be evident at the moment since most officers are just
newly elected and are just adjusting to their current positions.
Members of the organization sometimes lack the drive to work consistently due to the lack of motivation
to do certain work. Lack of knowledge with the consequences their actions may face, will not help the
organization move towards success. Thus, Level Up with Dale Carnegie will help officers be aware of what and
why their workloads are there. Helping them realize that the outputs they produce should be of quality.
The Officers Development Program is an avenue for officers of the organization, Society of
Manufacturing Engineers, to be able to be effective leaders through the leadership skills they will be able to
enhance. Also, this will aid them reach their leadership potentials, not only for the organization but also for
future endeavors with their chosen fields or jobs. As an organization, we will work as one to reach the utmost
potential and strive for better activities that will allow the organization to grow.
