Sub: - Collection of Road Accident Data from District Crime Record Bureau

Sir,
As per decision taken by the Lead Agency on road safety in a meeting held on 11.07.2017
at Bhubaneswar, you are requested to collect data on road accidents occurred in the calendar year
2016 (i.e. January 2016 to Dec 2016) and up to July 2017 (i.e. January 2017 to June 2016) from
concerned District Crime Record Bureau to identify black spots and hazardous spots on State
Highways, MDRs and Other District Roads under your jurisdiction. The above data should reach
the undersigned within a week time with a copy to concerned Superintending Engineer (R&B)
Circle.

This may be treated as MOST URGENT.
