SYLLABUS
I. Course Description : This unit covers the historical, philosophical, and sociological development of MAPEH necessary to understand principles
And theories of Physical Education, Health, and Music Education. The course relates the past to contemporary issues,
Concerns and development of MAPEH.
II. GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
1. Grasp the history, philosophy, and sociological development of physical education in the different era and comprehend the principles of Music, Arts, PE,
And Health, and Learn the proper way of demonstrating the different aspect of Mapeh.
2. Appreciate the historical development of Physical Education and be able to appreciate the effort on practicing the different skill in the field of Mapeh
Especially in sport.
3. Demonstrate the correct sports skills.
Course Policy:
1. Physical Education uniform for the demonstration, the students responsible for the activity missed and for the other requirements for the class.
2. Observance of the 60% passing score, Compilation of Grades of the reporter and demonstration.
3. All cellular phones will be turned OFF during the class sessions.
