Before your child gathers with her youth group around Gods Word, have him read it with you first! Gods people love Gods Word. They read it, they sing it, they pray according to it, they meditate upon it, and they memorize it. This week as a family, take some time to memorize another set of READ: Read Genesis 45:115 together as a family. Give each member a Bible and Focus Verses from our series. Here are some suggestions: take turns reading a few verses at a time. Post It. Have each member of your family take three sticky notes, write the Focus DISCUSS: Once youve finished reading, invite your child to share two things. Read them together and and then asking your child about hers. Without judgment, model honesty and let her know you then, as a family, respond to God in prayer.
