TO ALL OFFICES
With the main focus on strengthening KYC guidelines, Bank has started opening of
saving and current accounts through back offices. Detailed guidelines were issued for
Centralized opening of Saving and Current Accounts through back offices vide KYC-
AML CELL Circular No. 19 dated 17.12.2016.
Accordingly, a facility has been provided at Branch level through which they can seed/
authenticate the Aadhar in case of all new customers. Through this process CUST ID
will be created in CBS via Aadhar authentication for opening of account. Details of
process is given in Annexure A
BOCUST & BOCUR menu options are being discontinued and the following menu
options will be used for opening of accounts through back offices. Screen shots are
available at Annexure C( I - III)

Annexure- A
For new Customer-id creation, A separate portal has been created for bio
authentication of Aadhaar number with UIDAI. URL of the portal is as under:
https://auapnb.co.in/pnbkyc2
A Link will be created for the branches on the main page of Finacle for accessing the
portal.
Step 1 :
Branch user will enter his Finacle User-id and password for login into the portal.
On first time login user will be forced to change the password and answer the secret
questions which will be required at the time of Reset/forgot password.
Step 2 :
After Successful authentication, six tabs are displaying on the next screen which are
as under:
a. New Customer
b. Existing Customer
c. Welcome Kit
d. User Report
e. Branch Report
f. Change Password
Step 3 :
Branch user will select new customer tab for creation of customer-id using e-KYC
Authentication.
Step 4 : If terminal is not registered for e-KYC then user has to enter the details
required. Please make sure that Pin Code is to be correctly entered else device will
not work properly.
Step 5: On the next screen, undertaking checkbox is to be ticked and fingerprint of
the customer is to be captured for authentication with UIDAI.
Step 6:
On successful authentication, all demographic data along with Photograph & auth code is
to be displayed. On the same screen branch is to be entered mobile number or select
appropriate option, Aadhaar address (Aadhaar address as communication or Permanent
or Both - one of the checkbox is to be selected) and consent for DBT/AEPS as per the
options available on the screen to be taken from customer and press the submit button.
Step 7:
On clicking DOWNLOAD PDF button branch can generate PDF document of displayed
data and take print out for record keeping.
Branch may also note down the reference number generated by the system for the
customer.
Based on the data received from UIDAI, system will automatically create customer ID
in CBS.
Step 8:
Branch user has to login in CBS and can use following options to list out the customer Ids
created by the system:
a. Generate report using menu option PNBRPT 29/29 in CBS giving SOL ID and date as
input.
b. Menu option - BIOCUST user has to enter reference number as input.
Step 9:
Branches which are not linked to back offices should follow bellow mentioned process:
- Use menu option CUMM to capture remaining customer details in M option and
verify the same.
- Then branch should follow existing guidelines for opening of account and issuing
other services to the customer.
Branches which are linked to back offices should follow process as per Annexure B & C:

3. Cust Salary- applicable in case of SF salary accounts only (Salary range must match
the salary variant code- Gross salary amount is to be filled)
4. Mobile no- It is non mandatory but must feed, if available.
5. PAN No.
6. Form 60- (If PAN No. is not available, yes to be marked mandatorily in this column)
7. Mode of operation- self
8. Guard Cust ID (Cust ID of guardian in case of minors A/c)
9. TDS Cust ID- required to be filled the Cust ID, Which is liable for tax purpose, such
as in case of account is opened in the name of minor, Cust ID of guardian is to be
filled here.
10. Amount (Amount deposited)
11. Continue (Y/N)
Menu option-BOCUSTSC:- Single Account can be opened and verified using this menu
option for Current scheme types:

AT BACK OFFICE:
On receipt of AOF, Back Office will feed the other data in the system with maker and
checker concept including uploading of signature etc.
AT BRANCH OFFICE: OPENING PROCESS
Menu option-BOCUSTJC:-
It can be from 2 to 6.
Savings and Current Account will be verified by using BOCUSTJC-V menu option by the
verifying officer. After verification, branch will send AOF and related documents to back
office.
AT BACK OFFICE:On receipt of AOF, Back Office will feed the other data in the system
with maker and checker concept including uploading of signature etc.
Menu option-BOCUSTCO:-
Other Customer IDs Must Be Created Before Executing This Menu Option Because Only
Entity Customer ID Will Be Created, Other Customer IDs Will Only Be Attached With
Opened A/C.
First, Cust ID of firm will be created through BOCUSTCO menu by feeding following column:

3. No. of Beneficiary owners
4. Ben. Owner Cust ID 1
