#GiveLoveCasaCittadini is the very first activity for the Alumni Association other than
the yearly Alumni Homecoming and retreat. In this regard,
1. Each Batch should have 2 persons willing to sponsor an orphan
2. The sponsors will be responsible to grant the wishes of the kids this Christmas.
If not, a whole heartedly given gift.\

P.S. I need to get the names and contact numbers of the 2 sponsors per batch when we
meet. It doesnt have to be you. The wish list will be posted before the end of
November 2017. The activity will be concluded with Food and Table Fellowship.

Reorganization of Alumni Association and Induction of officers

Reorganization of the CCSLS Alumni Association ( By Election and Appointment)

- This will be done on our meeting. Please prepare and have your nominees.
Presentation and induction of officers will be during the Alumni Night. The
presence of the nominees is required during our meeting.
Positions : President * Vice President * Secretary * Treasurer * Communication Officer
* 2 Batch Representatives * Events Coordinator * 1 Adviser
Duties and Responsibilities
Officers are to serve for a term of 3 consecutive years;
Officers are expected to participate in a majority of the meetings, events, and
activities of the Association;
Promote the welfare and further the objectives of at large members of this
Association;
Serve as spokesperson for the Association to the school admin and the public at
large;
Keep members of the Association informed of all activities undertaken;
Serve on the Nominating Committee for the next term of office;
Ensure that accurate records are kept (Listing of Alumni Members);
Maintain records of the Association as appropriate;
Facilitate in every years preparation for the Alumni Homecoming
Perform other responsibilities assigned by CCSLS School administration
Ensures effective organizational planning and management of resources
Ensures legal and ethical integrity and maintains accountability; Play a lead role in
fundraising activities and other events;
Planning, or causing to be planned, an event extended to Casa Cittadini
