1. Issue : Customer Boxes

Customer left their boxes in DC.
Action:
DC staff informed and email the issue to customer service to ask customer to take out
their boxes from DC.
Status:
Waiting response from BT and CHINA Union Boxes had been transferred to Level 7 due
to AT&T expansion

2. Issue : Colling at Level 7

High temperature at AT&T cage
Action: (Study)
Open the raised floor around 30 degree so that the air can be blow directly towards AT&T
cage since there are a lot of cable blockage under the raised floor. The air will be blow
on top of raised floor.
Status:
The temperature in AT&T cage is within the range.

- AT&T had a plan to rent a new cage at Level 12

- AT&T personnel from AT&T Hong Kong already came for a site visit in Mac 2017
- Status: In progress
- Pending CCTV, IEMS, Door Access
- AT&T personnel had come to visit their new cage on 15/11/17
4. New Customer China Unicom Level 12
- 180 sqft cage at Level 12

- 4 occupied racks
- Empty space for 3 racks
- Not yet handover to DCO
