A PLAY
ABOUT

Drama is a tool that allows children to immerse themselves in a world

without the overtone of judgement or predujice. It encourages children to
create characters, places and things without the restrictions of our world -
advocating the endless possiblities and endorsing the fact that anything is
possible.

Our drama workshop allows children to devise a play as a collective group,

creating a world of their own and performing this world to their peers. We
believe in the voice of the child and so include group conversation after
each showcase to hear what is interpreted.

Our job is to facilite and encourage. We teach the tools and skills that will
assist their creativitiy.

ABOUT

Sometimes creativity can be difficult to access, yet it is accessible for everyone.

Through scrapbook learning, this workshop provides tools for participants to
develop their imagination and hook into their creative mindset.

We believe everyone that everyone deserves a voice in society and has

a story to tell. Articulating this vocally is not always the best option. What
we explore are story-telling methods through a vast array of arts disciplines.
Through assessment, group critique and self-identification students will be
able to find a language that best suits them.

Logical, more mathematical thinkers often find it difficult to access their

creativity and so would struggle with subjects such as English, History, Art or
Music. The tools taught will encourage an alternative thought process when
students go to tackle these subjects.

Filmmaking has become a very accessible form of storytelling, fictional or

otherwise. Using this language tool it has never been easier to share our
views or creativity. With advancements in technology we now have the

commercial production.

Poppin Productions delivers specially designed, practical and fun filmmaking

workshops for transition year and senior level students. These workshops delve
into components such as screenwriting, acting, directing and production skills
(camera, lighting, sound, etc.). While we will teach the tools of filmmaking,
we put particular emphasis on the concept, generating and developing
ideas and stories at the healm. This in turn prepares students for subjects such
as LC English or Art due to the compositional traits explored. At the end of the
programme each participant will receive a certificate and a digital copy of

The idea behind Lets Create is fantastic. My child enjoyed every day and gained a huge
amount of confidence from the activities.. Allowing her to share her ideas and concepts
for the activities and producing something herself from them was very different from many
other camps she has done. She made it clear she cant wait to go again. I personally was
blown away with the fun showcase at the end of the week and thoroughly recommend
this camp.

My child really enjoyed the camp and learnt a lot, she did not feel pressured to perform.
This helped her to be much more forthcoming. My child has special needs and I found this
camp to be most inclusive. All staff I met were excellent. The final performances were a
credit to the camp. All children included and happy. I would highly recommend this camp
