Opihr (40%) Ophir pronounced (O-Peer) is a Legendary Region famed for its
Wealth and Riches. Created by the Worlds First Female Master Gin Distiller Joanne
Moore. Made using Hand Picked Botanicals from Ancient Spice Routes. Served with
Orange and Sliced Ginger 5.00

Monkey 47 (47%) Monkey 47 is Made in Small Batches and Distilled in a 18th


Century Mill in the Black Forest in Germany. It is made up of 47 Different Herbs and
Spices hence the name! Served with Lime Zest 6.00

Hendricks (41.4%) A Well Known Favourite in the UK. Hendricks is Built from
Flavourings including Flowers, Roots, Fruits and Seeds which complements its two main
infusions of Rose and Cucumber. Served Simply with Sliced Cucumber 4.50

Brockmans (40%) Brockmans Loves Berries! Made using 10 Botanicals Including


Blackberries, Blueberries, Liquorice and Almond. It is Distilled for 7-8 Hours to ensure
only the Best Spirit goes into the end product. Garnished with Fresh Blackberries,
Blueberries and Mint 4.50

Edinburgh Elderflower Gin (20%) Created in the Heart of Bonnie Scotland


using Hand Picked Elderflowers to create this perfect Summer Liqueur. Served with
Pear and Grapefruit Zest 4.50

Tanqueray No Ten (47.3%) Tanqueray No 10 takes its name from Tiny Ten,
the nickname of the Small Copper Pot where the Gin is produced. It was the First Gin to
Be Consumed in the White House. Served with Cherries and Lime 5.00

Martin Millers (40%) Martin Millers was the First Super Premium Gin on the
Market. It Has Won a Plethora of Awards including more Gold and Platinum medals than
any other Gin in the Last 10 Years. Distilled in England using Icelandic Water to make it
Clear. Served with Strawberries and Black Pepper 4.50

Bulldog (40%) Bulldog is Distilled from 100% Grain Neutral Spirit. It is floral on
the nose, piney on the tongue and peppery to the finish to create an incredibly Smooth

Deaths Door Gin (47%) Deaths Door Gin is Inspired from the Treacherous
Stretch of Water Between Washington Island and the Wisconsin Mainland named
Deaths Door Passage. Made from Red Winter Wheat from Washington Island.

Plymouth Gin (41.2%) Plymouth Gin has been Distilled with 7 Botanicals Since
1793 at the Black Friars Distillery- the Oldest Working Distillery in England. It was
documented at the start of the 20th Century to have been included in the Original Dry
Martini Cocktail recipe. Sweeter than your average Gin. Served with Pomegranate Seeds

Bombay Sapphire (40%) Named in Honour of Gins Popularity in India


throughout the British Rule. Smooth and Complex, made from 10 Complex Botanicals it

Edinburgh Rhubarb and Ginger (20%) Another Brilliant Addition to the


Collection from the Edinburgh Distillery this time they use Softly Macerated Rhubarb
and Oriental Ginger to create a Delicate, Aromatic Liqueur. Served with Sliced Ginger

Professor Cornelius AmPleforths Bath Tub (43%) A firm Favourite


of The Old Bank. Bath Tub is Produced in Small Batches using a Method Called Cold
Compounding. It has won Numerous Awards and Medals over the Past 5 Years including
Worlds Best Gin in 2014. Heavily influenced with Juniper, Coriander and Clove to create
a Clean, Fresh Finish. Served with Orange Peel and Cardamom Pods. 5.50

Edinburgh Raspberry (20%) Created using Scottish Juniper, Scottish


Botanicals and Infused with Perthshire Raspberries, this is easily the Best Gin that is
Produced from the Edinburgh Distillery and is a Must to be Tried. Perfect with tonic or

Boodles British Mulberry (30%) Created using the Humble British


Mulberry Which Creates a Wonderful Sweet Yet Balanced Taste. It Is Complemented

Portobello Road (42%) Created at the Infamous Portobello Star Bar at 171
Portobello Road by Ged Feltham and Jake Burge. Its Londons Second Smallest Museum

The King of Soho (42%) Created by Paul Raymond who Played a Pivotal Role in
the Social Liberation of the British Society. When He Liberated the District of Soho, he
affectionately became known as The King of Soho. Distilled in the Heart of London with
12 Botanicals to Create a Clean and Gentle Smell on the Nose and to Finish with Notes of
Pine and Citrus Oil. Served with Lemon Wedges 5.00

DAffys (43.4%) Daffy is the Goddess of Gin. She was First Written about in 1700. She
was a Lover of Life who transcended the Decades. Created from the Finest French Grain
Spirit and Distilled in an Ancient Copper Pot with Lebanese Mint and the Finest
Botanicals Which Creates a Classic, Complex and Perfectly Balanced Gin. Served with

Martin Millers Westbourne Strength (45.2%) Rated the Best Gin in


the World and Spirit of the Year by the Beverage Tasting Society with a Points score of
97/100. Clear appearance, Sweet Floral and Citrus Aromas Create an Herbaceous,

Whitley Neill (43%) Whitley Neill is a London Dry Gin made with African
Botanicals including Extracts from the Baobab Tree and Physalis Fruit. Its made in a
100-Year-Old Copper Pot Still. On the Nose its a Spicy yet Rich Aroma with Notes of
Coriander Leaves and Citrus. Served with Lemon and Coriander Seeds. 5.00

The Lakes Gin (43.7%) The Award Winning Gin from the Lakes Distillery Slap
Bang in Cumbria. Made in a Small Copper Still using Locally Sourced Juniper Berries
from the Hills of Cumbria. This is an artisan Gin of a Complex, Intriguing and Delicious
Flavour. Served with Lemon and Mint 5.00

Bedrock Gin (40%) Bedrocks clean Elemental Smoothness makes it a Gin to uplift
and elevate. Enliven by the Vibrancy of Botanicals and Perfected through passionate
craftsmanship to create a singularly smooth Gin. Served with Fresh Lime 5.00

Bloom (40%) A Delightful, Floral Gin inspired by the true beauty of Nature. It is
inspired by the Natural Flora of an English Country Garden. Chamomile, Pomelo and
Honeysuckle were Chosen as the Three Key Botanicals which creates this Delicate and
Subtle Gin. Served with Strawberries 4.50
Williams Chase Great British Extra Dry (40%) Williams Chase is
created from Chases Award Winning Potato Vodka which has been redistilled with
Juniper and infused with Juniper Buds and Berries to create the Driest Gin Possible. Its
then made up of 10 other Botanicals including Cloves, Liquorice and Lemon. This is
Britains First and Only Single Estate Gin for 200 years. Served with Sliced Ginger 4.50

Gin Mare (42.7%) Gin Mare is Produced in a Small Fishing Village on the Costa
Durada in Spain using Botanicals from the Mediterranean Hills including Basil,
Rosemary and Thyme which Create a Strangely, Arresting Gin. Served with Sliced Green
Olives and Best with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic 5.00

Four Pillars Rare (41.8%) Four Pillars is a Small Distillery Located in


Healesville in the Yarra Valley. It was first Distilled in 2013 and Produced a Striking Dry
Gin which is Modern Australian in Style. It is only Produced in Batches of 450 a time. It
is made of 9 Botanicals including Lavender, Cinnamon and Angelica. It is spicy but with
a Great Citrus Aroma. Served with Orange and Grapefruit Peel 5.00

BlACkwooDs (40%) Blackwoods is the Worlds First Vintage Gin. It won a Bronze
Medal in the 2013 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. It is made using Shetland
Botanicals to give it a Unique Flavour. It is made in a Traditional Copper Pot and Only
Produced in Small Batches. Served with Wedges of Lime 4.50

Tanqueray Rangpur (41.3%) Tanqueray Rangpur is a Distinctive Gin Distilled


with Rare Rangpur Limes and 5 other Botanicals. The Secret of this Gin Lies in the
Flavour of the Rangpur Lime, which gives a Characteristic, mild and Juicy Zest. The
Result is a Subtle and Refreshing Taste with a Satisfying Smooth Finish. Served with
Lime Wedges 4.50

Caorunn (41.8%) Caorunn Gin is a Small Batch Gin from the Balmenach Distillery
in Speyside. It was a Silver Medal Winner at the 2015 International Wine and Spirits
Competition. It has a Dry, Crisp Taste with a Long, Dry Finish. It is Perfectly Clear and is
Made up of 5 Celtic Botanicals including the Fabled Rowan Berry. This Creates a Fresh,
Floral Citrusy Gin. Served with Pink Lady Apple 4.50

Star of Bombay (47.5%) Star of Bombay is a Rich and Intense Gin which has a
Higher Strength and Super Premium Variant of Bombay Sapphire. It Still has the Classic
Notes of Juniper, Angelica and Coriander but has been Mixed with Bergamot and
Ambrette Seeds to give it more Exoticness. Served with Orange and Mint 5.00

Boodles London Dry (40%) Boodles Gin was Created for and is Named after
one of the Worlds most Famous and Exclusive Clubs which was Founded in 1762 by the
Earl of Shelburne. Two of its Most Recognisable Members Were Sir Winston Churchill
and Ian Fleming. Boodles Gin is quite Unique as it does not Contain a Citrus Botanical. It
Is distilled with 9 Botanicals Including Sage and Rosemary. Served with Lemon Wedges
