Design Thinking is a new approach to innovation, based on: empathy, collaboration and experimentation. Those 3
values are what sets Design Thinking apart, by allowing people, start ups and companies to have a true human-centred
focus.
The image above shows the double diamond process in which participants will explore a change in mindset for
problem-solving techniques, starting always with desirability and real need and after adjust to technical viability and
feasibility.

Juliana is an entrepreneur and educator. She is the co-founder of ECHOS. Over the last 6
years Juliana has worked to develop an innovation ecosystem in Brazil and now in Australia
to foster social innovation and design thinking. She works as a leader in projects in the areas
of health care, construction, the internet of things and as an educator to grow the concept of
innovation for good. Juliana is specialist in Social Innovation and Design Thinking at SVA (USA)
and HPI D.School (Germany)
