1 Document Scope
The document aim to describe how to prepare eNSP learning environment. It includes these two

Parts:

eNSP simulation tool installation

HedEx Lite installation and Reference download

2 eNSP simulation tool installation

Enterprise Network Simulation Platform (eNSP), provided by Huawei, is a free and extendable

network simulation platform with graphical user interfaces (GUIs). It simulates enterprise routers

and switches, giving a perfect presentation of actual devices. eNSP supports large-scale network

simulation and allows you to implement experimental tests and learn network technologies

without using actual devices.

1. Exam PC System requirement: Please refer to the System Configuration

2. Use the administrator role to Install the eNSP and install the USG virtual file. Please

refer to the eNSP installation guide.

3. Regarding of the eNSP usage (includes the eNSP test paper usage), please refer to the

<eNSP Usage Guide.pdf>.

4. Check if you can Run the Router and the USG in the test paper <

TEST_B_Paper.paper> using the eNSP. (refer to the following picture).

5. More information about the eNSP, please refer to the eNSP HELP document inside

eNSP.

3 HedEx Lite installation and Reference Download

HedEx Lite is software used to view, search for, and upgrade electronic documentation for

Huawei products. You can use hedex to read the huawei technology file.

1. Download and Use the administrator role install the huawei document reading tool:

HedEx Lite.

2. Download the following document files which provide the offline reference for

preparing the eNSP lab examination.

AR document(V200R003C00 eNSP )

Switch document(V200R001C00 eNSP)

USG document (V500R001C20 eNSP)
