The relevant decrease of allotment concerning Supplies and Materials because of additional purchases of
semi-expendable equipment to be used by additional mobile offices to other distance provinces upon
request of Local Government Units Officers. In addition, in order to provide facilities for the conduct of
Drivers Academy in the office we opted to purchase additional semi-expendable such as but not limited
to mono block chairs, tables and electronics equipments. Thus, we compromise our office supplies
inventory to be use in daily operation in the office.

The decrease significantly of Labor and Wages was due to additional Job Order hired to personally man
the additional mobile offices open to distant provinces
