As we have discussed, in my professional judgment, | believe this decision is in the best interest of the athletics program and the University. Any University property, including any University-issued computers, cell phones, and keys, should be retumed to Mr. Clayton Hamilton no later than the close of business on Thursday, November 30, 2017. Additionally, please make arrangements with Mr. Scott Varady, Executive Director of the Razorback Foundation, to return the two vehicles furnished for your use no later than the close of business on Thursday, November 30, 2017. Additionally, please cooperate fully in preserving and returning all paper and electronic records in your possession relating to the administration of the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and personnel assigned to the Department. if you have any questions regarding benefits, please contact Mr. Richard Ray, Director of Benefits in the Office of Human Resources, at 575- 3717. You will receive all salary and incentive compensation earned through today. As you are aware, as a condition precedent to receiving any Severance Pay as defined under the Employment Agreement, ‘you are required to sign a release and waiver agreement as described in detail in Section 15 of the Employment Agreement. The University will prepare such a release and waiver agreement for your signature. In addition, | wish to remind you of your affirmative duty of mitigation to diligently seek and accept other employment, as described in the Employment Agreement.
