MINUTES OF THE AGM OF OLD SARUM MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE ON 18TH JULY 2017 AT OLD

SARUM COMMUNITY CENTRE

1. The chairman of the Trustees welcomed all residents present and stated that had been a
successful year with thanks going to everyone involved for their commitment and
enthusiasm. It was now important to continue to build on these foundations and generate
increased usage of these facilities. To this end more volunteers are needed so that the
workload can be shared and new ideas brought in.

2. The Chair of the Management Committee echoed the words of the Chair of the Trustees

3. Treasurers Report

The accounts are now ready to be signed off but he needs to collect them from the auditors.
The reserves over the las year have increased from 19,900 to 23,669.

4. Moores Stephens are to be appointed auditors for the 2017/18 year

5. One member of the public agreed to join the committee as the Chair is resigning due to
other commitments. Contact to be made with those members of the committee who did
not attend to check if they still wished to be on the committee

6. There were no questions from the members of the public

7. Date of next meeting. Wednesday 13t September at 7 pm for Residents Association Meeting
followed at 7.30 pm by the Management Committee meeting
