Unit Summary:
This unit is designed for student to understand the importance of live long physical activity. Students will be able to identify factors that affect
performance, biomechanics of movement, and how to analyze someone elses performance. Students will need to work with each other to
analyze certain movements and understand the impact factors have on a performance. Students will use informative apps, worksheets, in class
applications, and credible websites that will help with their final project. The goal of this unit is to develop student's into physically fit
individuals with the knowledge and skills to be life long physically active.
