The biceps brachii allows us to carry objects and not pull the shoulder joint apart. The biceps brachii
bends the arms at the elbows, rotates the arms so that the palms can face up, and helps raise the
shoulders. It connects the shoulder blade and the upper arm to the elbow. The muscle is found in the front
of the upper arm. The biceps brachii is one of the most variable muscles in the human body. Can be used
with the Barbell Curl, Incline Dumbbell Curl, Standing Biceps Cable Curl, Reverse Grip Bent Over Row,
and Concentration Curl.
