Dear Maam Thelma,

I would like to express my profound gratitude to Sta. Clara International Corporation for giving me
the opportunity to work for the company as a quality control engineer.

My entire experience in the company, from being a cadet to a full-pledged engineer, was one of the
best experiences I had in my life. More than the development of technical knowledge and skills, the
company had also instilled in me its great values of service, commitment, integrity and character.

In two years, I was able to get to know myself more my strength, other capabilities, and also my
weaknesses. The company had helped me become a better version of myself.

However, in pursue for career growth and development and for better opportunities, I have decided
to leave the company. With that, please accept this letter as my formal notice of separation.
