Next, place one magnet onto each side of the pivot. You won't need to Micro-Servo

more comfortable with the magnets glued in, do not glue them in yet. Actuator
Next, mount your actuators. Carefully study the first diagram. Notice
the oreintation of the coils in relation to each other (90* rotation). This is
important. It allows the magnets to self-center when neutral and not Instruction Manual

self-centering, there should be approx 1/2" between the pegs. Use .020
carbon fiber pushed into pegs for propper spacing and alignment. If
your actuators do not automatically go to neutral, make sure that there Home of an abundance of easy to

If you choose to, you may glue magnets in this orientation.

Hinges Control Surface Mounting
Do this before you build it on to the airframe if possible
We recommend using the rubber provided with our micro-servos
(Actuators) or cellophane tape. The important thing is to have a hinge
that moves freely and returns the control surface to a near neutral
position both when upright and inverted. When using rubber, we
recommend cutting a notch just big enough for the rubber to slip inside
on both the mounting surface and the control surface. (see picture
facing) Then, with a gap (aprox. 1/16") that will provide adaquate
resistance, carefully glue the ends of the rubber into the surfaces.
Be sure to not get glue on the part of the rubber band that spans

the gap. This will negate the free movement. If your hinges move
