TY RLGA_AZ © PLATINUM MEMBER 2/26/07 @ 8:23 AM Contrary to BomberoSmitty's post, each structure or portions of structures will need to "be classified with respect to occupancy" (Section 302.1) per Section 508.3, regardless of the method used for mixed occupancies. To the best of my ability, 've classified each according to the following: 1) Acar wash building. Group B 2)A15,000 sf gymnasium in a high school. Group A-3 if no spectator seating; Group A-4 with spectator seating 3) A 15,000 sf gymnasium in a church building. Same as No. 2 above 4) A 20,000 sf repair/service garage within a car dealership. Group B for showroom and business areas; Group S-1 for repair/service [provided hazardous materials do not exceed the allowable quantities in Table 307.1(1)] hitp:ocd hop latopicccupancy-group-lassfater-using-te-2006-ibe 018 Ccexpaney foun dassifeton using he 2006 BC | Busing Cote Disession Group 5) A 30,000 sf stand-alone public library.
