My professional work and experience has been developed along the following 3 stages:!

Between 1994 and 1997, with the counseling of vocational advisors of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, i
made the choice to discontinue temporarily my academic studies in order to dedicate myself fully to private
multidisciplinary research (algorithms design, trials, application, tests) and development of a new body of work for
which the specialized" academic context in 1994 was not ideal. The year 2007, i started to publish the results of
my research and details regarding my experience of application of the body of work created. Services were
provided to corporate, small companies, NGOs and professionals between 1999 and 2011. In 2011 i decided to
apply the same know how, originally developed for corporate, to social issues, like sustainable development,
peace, economy, human rights, education. Between 2016 and 2017 i will publish a new series of books and
documents related to more advanced applications of the know how, in fields: Mathematics, algorithms, artificial
intelligence, human potential, life span, neuroscience, sustainable development, education, defense, cyber security,
strategic management. !
Since 2017 i am establishing contact with selected universities and suggesting my return to academic studies,
research and work. My goals is a PhD degree in fields related to my body of work, multidisciplinary research

Legacy: The service was discontinued in 2009 in the form of preventive health, and
transformed into a service dedicated to performing arts as context for preventive health
(see next project). Since 2009 i gave more attention to performing arts, until 2016. Since
2016 i am writing a new book dedicated to applications of my body of work for preventive
health, in particular burnout prevention. 2017 Burnout Prevention 9 Steps Program have
been brought to public. Research continue with focus on alleviation of burnout symptoms
and integration of preventive health methods i have developed for leadership, strategic
management and family.
