My interest in the position of Powertrain Functional Quality Engineer appeared on website

In this respect, I am attaching my resume for your review and consideration please.Currently I am pursuing my Master Thesis for Automotive Engineering for Sustainable Mobility at CMT Motores Termicos, Valencia, Spain. My objectives for the Thesis is to carry out the experimental Setup for Gasoline Direct Injection of Jaguar Land Rover and study the spray characterization of the injector using Optical Techniques like PDA. Furthermore, I will also be working on Spray G injector facilitated by ECN (Engine Combustion Network) where I will be responsible for Calibration of 3D model and perform numerical simulation mostly Eulerian case, by developing the geometry according to the given specifications and determination of most suitable mesh at different operating conditions. As evident from the attached resume that I have pursued studies in Automotive from under graduation itself which gave me an opportunity to study and comprehend subjects like Internal Combustion Engine, Thermodynamics, Engine Component Design, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Vehicle Dynamics, FEM and Alternative Fuels and Pollutant reduction. In my Masters (2) I have worked on project Fluid Jet generation through membrane vibration whose objective was to reduce the wake. I was responsible for modelling the state of art through software like SolidWorks and numerical study of the flow and simulation through software like StarCCM+. I also took up the project Investigation of the fuel consumption and the supercharging of downsize engine car where I made a dynamic model of the car using Matlab-Simulink and optimised the fuel consumption. I also have first-hand experience and knowledge of software like Matlab-Simulink and Amesim, which I used for Pneumatic Hybridization of Clio during my Masters project. My key areas of responsibility for this project was Benchmarking of existing technology of Electric Hybrids and its comparison with Pneumatic Hybrid. I was also responsible for modelling and simulation of vehicle and base engine with the help of above mentioned software and formulation of control strategy for integration of efficiency maps of Pneumatic engine. I also conducted test for the aforesaid project in Lucien Malavard wind tunnel. I studied Ahmed Body and collected data in order to examine the dependence of aerodynamic drag and rear pressure with respect to the Reynolds number. During under-graduation, I worked on project titled as Two Wheel Tractor for Hilly Areas which was later taken up National Research Development Corporation, India. My key performance area in project was to design and validate the chassis using Solidworks and Ansys 12.0. I also had an opportunity to work on Vehicle Component Design on Automated Guided Vehicle for Chirr Pine collector a project facilitated by Defence & Research Development Organization (DRDO), India. I was accountable for Material selection and suspension design of the vehicle.
