I am writing in order to express my dissatisfaction regarding the service provide to your computer store
last week.

I regret to inform you that, your store workers have been ineffective in providing a good service. I gave
my computer at your store a 24 May as there were problems regarding the computer hard disk as well
as the screen. Initially, There was an analysis to be done, but nothing was mentioned on the job card for
service.

The most annoying fact was that after a week there had been no program in the service. Moreover, the
technician was rude when I asked about the reason for the delay. After a heated argument, one of your
employees admitted to fix the computer within one day. But, it is matter of disgrace that the parts were
not properly bolted, and it was all dirty and greasy.

I would want you to pay need to this matter. As there has been no adequate repair done. It would be
better if you could refund the amount of money. I Gave in advance.

Security has increasing become the primary concern in many societies. It is evident that people have lost
the sense of security. While at home and even outside. There are several contributing factors to this
trend. Nevertheless, few solutions can be proposed to tackle the issue.

At the outset, there are two main reasons for this. There has been a tremendous incline the crime rate.
The number of cases for theft, murders, rapes and eve teasing brave increased, tremendously. It is very
difficult to deter the criminals, on the basis of existing laws. A number of people have fallen prey to such
mal practices. A part from this, people keep jeweler and cash at home, due to which they are prone to
threats of getting robbed. Mostly, the servants are the prime suspects offender in the crimes. However,
there are family disputes because of greed for wealth, which may also lead fatalities.

Nonetheless, there are ways to address these concerns. Firstly, it is important for the government:
police and related bodies to spread awareness regarding the criminal activities. So that the people gain
knowledge about the ways to be more cautions. In a similar way, there should be encouragement given
to self defense classes in schools and colleges. Secondly, people should be more secretive about the
amount of wealth they posses. On else they should consider safeguards such as install cameras at home
and monitor household activity easily, when away.

In conclusion, It can be said that, today safety is at state due to increase in crime rate but the situation
can be tackled by few efforts to be made by authorities as well as the individuals.

The table depicts the information regarding the survey which determined the position of five small
companies on the basis of 5 criteria.

The company with first position had the least number of staff members, whereas 190 members were
there in the company at the last position. In terms of male female ratio, the least amount of difference
in the gender ration was for the second and fifth position had the 8 % of the employees above age 55
years, whereas those with age 35 years were the least 26 % among other companies. The highest
percentages of under than 35 year employees were in the 5th position company.

Probing further, the minimum staff turnover was observed in case of first Position Company (5 %) as
well as for the 3 rd position company (8%). The staff in high in income brackets was 74 % for the
company which got 3 rd position.

Overall, it is clear that, the company which gained the first position had the least staff turnover and a
huge disparity between male and female employees. In contrast the fifth- position had the highest
turnover as well as was outstanding in terms of gender equality.
