Super Rheo-Gel is a fracturing fluid system designed exclusively for continuous mixing of hydrocarbon base
fracturing fluids. This system can be applied to formations with temperatures ranging from 80F(27C) to
300F(149C). Super Rheo-Gel is compatible with kerosene, diesel and a wide variety of crude oils.

Safety Precautions

Super Rheo-Gel uses hydrocarbon as a base which requires strict compliance with BJ Services safety policy and
procedures specific to PUMPING FLAMMABLE FLUIDS POLICY AND PROCEDURE. These policies and
procedures can be found in the safety manuals located at each district. Refer to material safety data sheet
information to determine the appropriate handling of all chemical additives used in the Super Rheo-Gel system. If
there are any questions concerning these policies, consult with your region safety manager or the Corporate
Environmental and Safety Department.
