Since the Online Gambling Regulation Act 2001 came into force, applications for
licenses have been granted by the Gambling Supervision Commission (GSC

Designated Officials (DO) & Operating Managers (OM)

and not corporate. In addition a Designated Official (DO) must be appointed, and where that Designated

Andrew Cronin Business Development Manager

Andrew Cronin joined the group in 2008 following a career in the Banking
Industry where he specialised in advising new and existing clients on
corporate banking matters. He is an associate member of the Chartered
Institute of Secretaries & Administrators and oversees the development of
new business. He is responsible for advising international entrepreneurs,
expatriates, intermediaries and other professional bodies on all aspects
of corporate, trust and e-Gaming structuring.

JERRY LINEHAN Non-Executive Director

Jerry Linehan joined the group in 2009 following a 33 year career in the
Banking Industry. Jerry was a Senior Executive with both the Royal Bank
of Scotland and Barclays and was CEO of Conister Trust PLC the largest
independent Bank on the Isle of Man. Since 2008 he has gained specialist
knowledge of the e-Gaming sector and has assisted many clients to secure
an OGRA License. He has recently undertaken a review for the Isle of Man
government on its approach to e-Gaming.

STEPHEN PORTER Director

Stephen Porter joined the group in 1989 and is a Group Director and a
Director of OCRA (Isle of Man) Limited. Stephen specialises in working
with European and international entrepreneurs, as well as professional
firms in the Isle of Man and Europe, and deals with complex circumstances
affecting businesses and individuals from many other parts of the
world on a daily basis. He has operated at board level with a variety of
client organisations.

Ciara JACOBS, BA, ACA Financial Controller

Ciara is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England &
Wales. After receiving a degree in Accounting and Financial Management
at the University of Sheffield, she joined PricewaterhouseCoopers. She
qualified in 2009 and then specialised in the Offshore Funds sector. Ciara
joined the group in 2011 and is responsible for the European finance
function as well as developing a portfolio of ultra-high net worth clients.

Craig Melvin, AInstAM DIP Senior Manager

Craig Melvin joined the group in 2005 and is an Associate of the Institute
of Administrative Management. In his role as Manager he is responsible for
the day-to-day management and administration of a portfolio of clients.

FEES
