Designation: QA/QC Engineer-Electrical

Class I electrical firm which gives a design, installation and testing commissioning
of Electrical Power Distribution system services to the clients.Some of my key
responsibilities are.

Monitoring and oversee all electrical and inter-connection work on the project to
ensure it meets clients contract obligations.
Conducting daily field inspections of the work in progress and log all results of
inspections and QC procedures.
Becoming completely familiar with the Project Procedure Manual.
Reviewing all subcontractor QA plan & procedures to bring all plans into

the prominent locations to meet the demands of customers.
my responsibilities include.
Over all Incharge for reapairs & maintenance of the batching plant assets and
equipments viz generators, control panels, Electrical distribution boards, Small
package substations.
Coordinating with the production department for the arrangement to routine
daily/weekly maintenance of plant for smooth operation of the plant and ensures
fewer breakdowns and more productivity from plant.
Allocating duties and responsibility to the down line plant maintenance teams
like technicians, chiller technicians, plant operators etc.
Checking workmen Log book, maintenance records and to ensure updated and
correctly made.
Checking the calibration of all the equipments and sent the same to concerned
if any equipments to be calibrated.
Preparing all the reports (Daily, weekly & monthly reports) are sent to the Plant
