Production and Processing Equipment under the Shared Service Facility Program of the
Department of Trade and Industry. Further, you also signified the termination of the usufruct
of agreement attached to the said project.

Thus, we acknowledge and accept your decision with regard to the above subject. In addition,
you are no longer attributed with the duties and responsibilities ascribed to being the cooperator
and as overseer of the said SSF Project. On the other hand, please be informed that you are still
free to avail the use of the said project as a user or beneficiary.
