Bulletin Bright Galva Coating - bulk

It is a Bright Silverish coating (in bulk form) fortified with zinc and other
metallic powder for prevention of rust and corrosion which restores the
galvanized surfaces to its original finish. It is a fast drying permanent
primer for paints, lubricating coatings, bonded coatings etc. It provides
excellent corrosion protection especially in cases of cathodic corrosion.

AREA OF APPLICATION
Repairing of galvanized surfaces which have been damaged by welding,
machining etc., Protection of all polished metal surfaces, Corrosion
Protective Primer for paints, coatings etc., Cosmetic repairs in pipes, TV
Towers, Hand Rails, Rims, Storage Tanks etc.

Method of Application:
Ensure that the surface to be coated is clean, degreased and dry. (Use
MOSIL SPRAY-18 or MOSIL DG 100 if necessary for cleaning and
degreasing). Shake the container of ZS 44 thoroughly (approx. 1 minute)
and apply the product by brush or suitable spray mechanism at a distance
of 25 30 cm such than a thin uniform film is obtained. Allow the film to
dry and ensure that the component is not touched which would leave a
finger print mark etc.
