Equity benchmarks Ni y closed rangebound session at with a nega ve bias on Thursday a er investors digested the
outcome of Federal Reserve policy mee ng and focussed on corporate earnings. The 50-share NSE Ni y lost 16.70 points
to close at 10,423.80, a er hi ng an intraday record high of 10,453 in opening trade.
Technical Study:
The consolida on a er a record high was warranted, which may con nue for couple of sessions before moving up further
towards fresh record high. Overall we are yet to see the level of bullishness and complacency which could signal the end
of the inherent bull trend. This rally could have further legs in the short term; but we would s ll not advocate taking fresh
longs at this juncture.
Technically Ni y Index is in strong bullish trend. Important Pivot level, which will act as a crucial support level for the index,
is placed at 10405 followed by 10380 On the upside, key resistance levels are 10445 and 10470.

In Thursdays trading session Bank Ni y opened on a at note and traded with posi ve movement in ini al phase of the
market and made its life me high of 25598.75 before it showed some prot booking in second half which lead Bank Ni y
index to closed in red at 25427.30 with loss of 63 points.
Technical Study:
The Ni y Bank index again started the day on a posi ve note but soon index lost its gain due to selling from higher levels.
Ni y Bank Index traded in a narrow range throughout the day with PSU Bank index witnessing selling pressure, closing
1.5% lower. If the index managed to show some sustainability on higher levels than 25700 & 25900 levels are not far
away from current levels as index is looking bullish on daily chart.
Important Pivot level, which will act as a crucial support level for the index, is placed at 25,355 followed by 25,285 On the
upside, key resistance levels are 25,545 and 25,665.
