The owner/investor shall serve as the manager. A baker who shall

be hired according to credentials in baking experience shall be

in charge in the preparation of the product. A cashier who shall

be responsible in handling cash proceeds and financial records

and a service crew who will be attending the needs of the

customers and maintain the cleanliness of the place shall be

hired.
Job Description and Qualification

1. Owner/Manager

Responsibilities

He/She shall be responsible in managing the entire

operation of the business, creating policies and

regulations applicable, decision-making pertaining to

business relations and personnel management.

Qualifications

Must have the capacity to obtain capital for

investment and knowledgeable in handling business.

2. Baker

Responsibilities

Responsible for baking and proper preparation of

the product, cleanliness and orderliness of the working

area and the safeguard of kitchen equipment and supplies.

Qualifications

Must be 25 to 40 years old, with at least 2 years

of experience in the position, preferably with culinary

arts training and with good moral character.

3. Cashier

Responsibilities
Shall be responsible in handling cash transactions

with customers and keep records and documents pertaining to

the financial operation of the business.

Qualifications

Must be 22 to 35 years old, at least two years in

college, preferably knowledgeable in the financial aspect

of business and with good moral character.

4. Service Crew

Responsibilities

Shall be responsible in tending the needs of the

customers and maintaining the clean and presentable

appearance of the area.

Qualifications

Shall be 20 to 35 years old, male or female, at

least high school graduate, with strong communication and

time management skills, customer-satisfaction oriented, and

with good moral character.


I. Marketing Aspect

A. Business Description

The proposed business venture is a small cupcake shop

offering Tres Leches fruity sponge cupcake in three

flavors. The shops trade name shall be Fluffy Fruity.

It will be established along Mabini Extension, Cabanatuan

City.

B. Target Clientele

The target clients of the shop include, but not limited

to, the residents of Mabini Extension and the nearby

barangays within one kilometre radius. It also includes

students, employees, self-employed and unemployed people.
